The Dutch Salvation Army [Leger des Heils]
Motivated by their Christian faith the staff of the Salvation Army provide help to vulnerable people who need support in relation to (mental) health, (sheltered) housing, finances, work and raising children. If you have any questions, you can contact the community centre in Zaandam.

A volunteer will then contact you in your own language. 14 The Zaanstreek-Waterland Safety Region This is a partnership between municipalities, the fire brigade, the police and the Association of the Municipal Health Services and the Regional Medical Emergency Preparedness and Planning Service [GGD-GHOR].
